This is me practicing on my home-made Salmon Ladder.

The notches are one foot apart. The top two notches are a foot and a half.

I didn't go for the top because I was worried about falling (not quite used to the motions yet), but what I did do was quite easy.

The bar weighs about eight or so pounds.

  • Does the actual bar in the obstacle course also weigh 8 pounds? Also, how far apart are the two main poles?

  • @Claw220 I have no idea how much the bar weighs, The poles in the video are about six feet apart, I believe.

  • now you just need to work on your vert, or you won't pass the warped wall

  • @vietmanx Um... Maybe you should watch my ANW3 entry video.

  • @KevinDSchap Welded. I don't know how long the actual poles are but I'd guess around eight feet. It doesn't matter either way.

  • and how long are the actual poles? I'm guessing you need around 15 feet or more.

  • @TheAmazingOti How did you attach the rungs? Were they welded on or screwed through the beams?

  • @jscelman You're welcome! Glad I could help. :)
