A comPlex and rare pattern of "acroiliac joint dysfunction" and symphysis pubis dysfunction contributing to symptoms of severe constant itch in a pudendal pattern. distinct positive response to intervention to balance pelvic structure and restore normative passive accessory motion and tone in the igaments. This is a pattern Jerry hesch has discOvered. It involves palpation of the lower pubic bones and the lower ischium posteriorly, and the medial portions of the ischia. These areas unfortunately, are not palpated wth the traditional "sacroiliac joint dsfunction" model. As this was the first visit, another video wil be posted to cover a very interesting pattern of the SIJ and symphysis pubis, whih made a big difference on the 2nd visit.

  • Thank you for sharing your interpretation on my words, Ilya, et al. I suggest you publish an article, or a book as I have done as you have many opinions on the subject. You have chosen to continue with running commentary here but I don't see much utility in your efforts, but carry on. It gives a break from work perhaps.

  • Many more than 4 clients have seen me, all complex many helped some not. Kinda like clinical reality regardless of one's expertise, except of course in your clinic. PLEASE WRITE THAT BOOK!

  • Thank you Ilya et al. Please write the book so per your logic my Institute wil then become useless. Bed resting? What a novel concept. Fell out of favor some 20 years ago, check spine journal I think it way Deyo et al. He had a nice commentary in today's mail, The Spine Journal 11(7):633-635. What are you reading these days? I wouldn't say the whole weight, surely some traverses through the trunk muscles.

  • You should write a book.

  • Have you had time to explore the HESCH INSTITUTE web site? My workbook which accompanies a seminar is now 200 pages. You might be interested in taking the distance learning program. Best Regards, Jerry Hesch

  • @mom2dcb I kinda do agree with cartman. Giving people false hope sucks.

  • Yeah show me at least one sijd patient who got it fixed by this adjustment ;) check pudendalhope nobody got it fixed. I mean it's ok that it's not fixable, but what's the point to lie then? Do you understand anything in anatomy?? Imagine you were walking with this problem for years, lots of muscles got shortened and weak, and this guy claims he can fix it in 20 mins? Try this method yourself if you have sijd

  • @cartman6606 Wow! All youever do is make negative comments about this man. It makes me think you have a vendetta against him and are trying to ruin his reputation. If he treated you and it didn't work - then move on. No one person can "fix" 100% of the people's issues 100% of the time. Even well known orthopedic surgeons, onconogists and researchers will admit they don't have ALL the answers. I feel sorry for you that you can't just let it go and move on.

  • Thank you for sharing. In a large group of clients there will always be one with an agenda, who will be very unhappy. tag-you're it!

  • He does not even check any back muscles!! Just a hint for you: ileum has lots of muscles attached especially QL muscle which is very strong and once it's shortened (bc ileum is misaligned) and spasmed (100% sijd cases) there is no way to adjust the pelvis without fixing the muscle first. So beware of this magician who tells you it's an easy to fix. He just wants your money period ! So don't waste your time and money, oh and he likes to use words like "unusual case" blah blah blah. He does not

  • For other ppl to understand the jerry's comment "go write a book" means "get out of my video, don't kill my successful business!"

Jerry, there are different methods exist which actually do work, so you don't have to invent anything. Ppl don't care if it's your fancy method or someone else, all they care is how to fix the problem.
