A training video for clergy who wish to sing the traditional, chanted Sursum Corda. This setting is used by Truro Church during Lent, it is from the 1982 Hymnal in the service music section.
Text: The Lord be with you, and also with you. Lift up your hearts, we lift them to the Lord. Let us give thanks to the Lord our God, it is right to give Him thanks and praise.
The traditional Sursum is in fact to these words
Priest: The Lord be with you.
People: And with thy spirit.
Priest: Lift up your hearts.
People: We lift them up unto the Lord.
Priest: Let us give thanks unto the Lord our God.
People: It is mete and right so to do
These are a lot closer to the original latin.
The words you are using are probably most common but are not 'traditional'
