DDR Tournament Finals (Feb. 26, 2010) - Birmingham, AL

A recording of the Finals match at Bumpernets on Feb. 26th, 2010. Enjoy!

The two finalists:
Matt a.k.a. "Jugg"
Alex a.k.a. "Artichoke Boy"

The tournament was Double-elimination and so Alex is challenging the current number one player, Matt.

Since the video-quality is not good when zoomed-in (I hate digital zoom!), the winners of the three songs are as such:

Song 1: Matt
Song 2: Alex
Song 3: Alex

Therefore, a tie-breaker was required to settle the tournament. A link to the Tie-breaker vid will follow shortly.

this is clearly in some skating rink or someones garage. this isn't a "real" tournament.

@peanutboy0921 It was held by a business called Bumpernets; they regularly hold pool and table-tennis tournaments, but they have some arcade machines, too, and sometimes hold DDR tournaments. It's more intended for the "local" crowd, you could say, rather than a big-budget national tournament type thing. The farthest I think anyone has ever driven to compete in one of these is from two or three hours away. This is more for fun rather than bragging to the world that you won a DDR championship.
