my only comment is: come on, seriously? they claim that lives were lost because a command center was placed in the building? that BECAUSE the EOC was in the building the death toll was 2x what it was? Are they seriously claiming that first responders wouldn't have entered the building if there was no EOC in there? That's what I got around 4:30. Wow. That's my only comment about that. I'd venture to say that just as many FF's would have entered for rescue if the EOC was off site.
