This is the 2nd episode in my series of tutorials for creating 52 weeks of employee Time Cards.

I recommend that you begin by finding and downloading a Template for Time Cards. Next, working with a copy of the Template, examine it to understand the Formulas, Formatting and Protection used.

One way to customize the Template is to use Data Validation to create a drop-down list for the names of the employees and the starting date for each week in the year.

Finally, recalling one of the techniques that I demonstrated in Episode #1, I show you how to quickly replicate (make exact copies) of the template for the 52 weeks in the year.

I invite you to visit my online shopping website - http://shop.thecompanyrocks.com - to preview the many resources that I offer.
