That little girl is so much more mature than her parents. These dolphins have been conditioned that when the hand goes up, it means there's food in it; which is the exact reason why they say not to lift the plate. Same things have happened with "ass biting sharks" who ended up figuring out that divers would reach around their backs to grab treats, and when someone went diving without them, well... the sharks investigated on their own.

It doesn't matter whether or not the little girl hit the dolphin. The dolphin didn't bite her on purpose. The girl had a paper tray in that hand in which the dolphins get fed out of frequently. Greedy people need to quit blowing things out of proportion trying to find ridiculous reasons to file lawsuits and get fat. Dolphins are capable of killing one of the most feared predators on earth....the great white shark.....If the dolphin had willful intent to harm the little girl it could have.
