Fruit flan with exotic fruit. Pastry brushed with apricot conserve and filled with heavy cream,mascarpone cheese and sugar icing.
Topped with fresh mango,blackberries,raspberries,strawberries,blueberries and kiwi.
Topped off with apricot conserve and rum glaze. This was very easy to make. The fruit is brightly colored and is very appealing to the eye not to mention the taste is fantastic.
