did you enter from back stage what did the set look like and congrats on your win :)
-
What were you discussing during the closing credits? That's usually what contestants do during those times.
What consolation prizes did you win?

This episode was aired February 16, 1988 JTLYK.

And today (Friday August 21, 2009) was the day.

Haha, Bronson Pinchot, Balki from Perfect Strangers. Long live the '80s!
-
Go to SuperShow8000's episode guide for the $25K version. It says that both Melody and Bronson did a week together during the week of September 30, 1985.

It was Melanie Wilson, not Melody Thomas Scott.

Was Dick Clark a nice guy in person, Billy? Plus, was the Pyramid set smaller looking in real life?

Dick Clark was a very nice guy although I only saw him on set and not before or after the show. He did come over during the breaks and talked to me. The set was pretty big and spread out with a full studio audience of probaly 300 people. From what I remember there was probaly at least 50 feet between his podium and the contestants chairs.

50 feet between Dick's podium and your chairs?

That was a long time ago but I'd say yes...probaly 50 feet between the contestants chairs and his podium, the winners circle was between the two and set back a little
