@stratdem ive done that to a cheap squire tele that had an AWESOME body but bc of the pickups sounded like shit, so i did some work, thats why ppl mainly do it.

and they have to change the pick ups? i find it to be stupid!
you buy a great guitar leave the pick ups alone.

do you think it's smart to get white wilshire reissue and put in P-90s? or is the new wilshire complete waste of money? I just love the way it looks and can't go wrong with P-90s...
