Hi,

Yes, there is a space between the surface of the glass and the visible pixels. It's probably 3 to 5 mm. You really get used to it quickly, but you need to make sure you calibrate your unit properly to make sure your pen matches up with your cursor.

Hi, You have also the previous Cintiq? I have the cintiq dtz 2100 and I wold to know the difference between new and old version for a possible replacement... Lag cursor is the same? The contrast? The colors? Have you a dead pixels on your? Many tnx!

i just ordered mines mate, and i heard felt nibs weak screen down less (ive also ordered nushield screen for it) but its only available in grey, isnt the new nib black? guess they need to make more black ones;p

Wow, this is the longest and most boring unboxing ever! Instead of unboxing the thing and fast forward it and show us all the goodies in just 10mins but you have to spend like 30mins unboxing the damn thing and setting it up.
