you mean headers.... Headers arent going to take a full second second of your et.... each Second off an ET is usually a 100 hp gain.... Headers dont give that much. Maybe 25 at most...... He has to have more done to it for that.....

I asked the guy that owns it and he said all he did to it was install a new header.

It was definitely a high 11. But i'm not 100% sure that it was completely stock.
