  • I don't understand why Topaz gets such a bad wrap. It's not Hitchcock's best but it's a pretty good spy flick, certainly miles better than the awful Torn Curtain.

  • Maurice Jarre is a Great Composer but this is a real Soviet march which was arranged by him,

  • One of the dullest films ever made. Sluggish pace and a forgettable score. 

  • When I first saw Topaz as a teenager, especially the ending with this music playing, it haunted me all day. This march wouldn't leave my brain. Thank you for posting!

    I did enjoy the movie quite a bit as well, (no North by Northwest mind you but) quite good.
