  • Holy mother of god he has straight gassers thats pure plyometrics almost makes me want to train 1 footed more. Damn why has it taken so long for me to find a legit Jumping channel

  • @dddoughboyyy If you've done exrecises, do them using only one leg, and jump off one leg. And when you're going for the jump take the second to last step long and then the last step short.

  • Yeah well, I hope you're aware that off one leg, the penultimate step must be BIG, and the last step must be also big, but a little smaller than the penultimate.

Looking at Eddie, he got it right :D

I'm asking because I have a friend with good strength levels, low body fat, overall strength (cleans 1x+) - ogreanimal from TVS (djoe kept his log).

But he jumps so bad off one leg, his hips go forwards instead of upwards and he messes the whole jump. And I'm thinking of ways to correct that.

  • just worked on really driving into his plant leg by taking a big hard step.. just mental cues.. they worked.

    "big hard step"

    "big arm swing"

    etc
