Have you seen the goshichi truck? It is a lot faster and the lift is on the inside. It also has room for all the passengers, even behind the wheelchair. You can't even tell it is for a handicapt person from the outside. The inside is finished really nice too.

The ramp was designed here in Florida by my company Ryno Mobility. It was a neat concept when I built the first one. Since then GM has made a body change and we have not looked into offering this conversion on thise new style trucks. I am working on my own wheelchair lift that goes inside a truck right now.
