Jesus. You owned the hell out of that 360. That's far and away better than I've EVER touched with that weight!
The only nitpick (you know, this is Youtube and all, LOL) I could make is that you seemed to short-range the reps a little. But in fairness, pretty much everybody does that on the Iso-Incline, and many of your reps did nearly touch the rubber stopper-thingies.
Like I said, an extreme nitpick! I only make it since that particular machine's stretch position isn't super-deep.
P.S. -- Please don't take that as any kind of insult ... that set's awesome, even before you strip off the plates.
