Lawyers are the worst. They are the ones winning the cases. Today I got an invoice from a barrister. And it is twice what I expected and more. Instead of $11 000 it is $24 700.
I am truly broke.
And my solicitor didn't even inform be that down the road I would be needing a barrister. A day before mediation and I get told I need to hire a barrister. That is $5000 for one day. Then I get the invoice today and the same barrister charges me an extra $7000 for some reason.
Just love lawyers. They win

We don' need no stinkin' lawyers. We need common sense and you won't find that in a courtroom. Two people who have a minor disagreement will end up wanting to kill each other after meeting with a lawyer. Why do we have Seperation of Powers Doctrine, but still allow lawyers (officers of the judiciary) to run for office? Lawyers are destroying this country. They produce nothing, yet consume a major portion of the wealth. It's disgusting.

Lawyers are professional con artists for rich criminals. They make laws so that people need to hire a lawyer to get permission for everything anybody does and go to jail if they don't hire a lawyer to get formal permission, Get OJ's lawyer its legal to murder your wife. Can't afford a lawyer you get sent to prison for raising your voice.
