As a gang member, Tifany Olson used to be addicted to pills and marijuana. Now the 16-year-old is a Michigan Youth Challenge Academy cadet, who has straight A's, self-esteem and a family that is proud of her. Watch Olson explain why the Michigan Legislature needs to fund the MYCA and keep it open for thousands more cadets to graduate, get a job and be successful adults. Olson shared her story at a rally host by State Representative Kate Segal (D-Battle Creek) at the State Capitol on March 4. For more information please visit www.housedems.com
after watching my daughter whom has always been scared to talk in public I can say I am very proud of her and what the myca has done with her. This is one program that does not need closing down. Please all that see this support it as its true I would like other parents would rather see our kids suceed and not have to see their kids in jail or dead. SUPPORT THE MYCA AND WATCH OUR KIDS GROW AND MOVE FORWARD DO WHAT SOME OF OUR SCHOOLS CAN'T DO. Thank You Darline Pelch loving mom of cadet Olson
