Here in the industrial zones the restaurants do not have menus. They have all the items served on display. Like fish are swimming in tanks, Vegetables in Baskets. Meat in dishes. You point to what you want they prepare. They have a great variety of ways to prepare. Every restaurant here is ten times better than in the US. They have 101 kinds of vegetables and 100 different ways to prepare. They have dumplings very good stuffed with spicy beef, pork.
