i would say most of that statemant is true. but i find that if u dont use these vehicles they tend to rust out more. look at the frame of my truck in my videos you will not see a single rotted place on it. except the bed which its true i need a new 1 my truck has 23 vehicle history reports and 15 of those are for accidents but the frame is beautiful and still has the factory paint on it. i think its how u use them that depends on the rust issue.

every engineer will tell you its not in the bolts its in the design the design is where u put the strenth the bolt is there to hold the design together it is not there to support anything.
