Really cool effects and sound Dude is there anyway you can tell me where I can get this software cheaply I'm on a budget (In fact I'm unemployed right now) I really want to do stuff like this but when I check places like Ebay it's cost me too much to purchase with my limited savings! There is also this thing about needing to prove I've gone to college to get a discount price which clearly I can't do any way you can help me?

Hi blameist,
I understand what you mean, Adobe After Effects isn't exactly cheap and neither is most animation/effects software.
There are a few products that can be bought on a budget that do a similar job, for example FX Studio or HitFilm. Both these do a great job but can be limited when pushed.
If you want to try 3D animation and can't afford C4D or 3DS you could try Blender. Its free and has some good support via its website but I'll be honest isn't very intuative or easy to use.

Sony Vegas was only used to align the sound up, the anim was created using After Effects with various pluggins.
