I looks perfect. The only consideration is that it seems to me only a few seafood for such huge food. You can realize comparing seafood amount to pork and chicken amount.
Anyway, I really would love to taste this!

Curiously, I have not seen that he has put salt. Is it because of the sea food? Thanks any way, the film was really good from the begining to the end, Specially the comments of the gourmet kids.

Thank you. The idea is that you can watch the video while you're making paella, using the pause button when needed. Quantities don't need to be exact- so long as you use roughly the right proportions - and you can use different meats or shellfish as the mood takes you. A good stock makes a difference, and if you don't have saffron etc you can buy 'paella seasoning' (known as 'colorante' in Spain) in most supermarkets. And if you're a vegetarian you can leave the chicken and pork out altogether.

@glennypaul No, the sizzle was real! I only used a Flip camera and Windows Movie Make for editing.

You can use expensive saffron (by weight one of the world's most expensive substances), but in Spain people mainly use 'colorante amarillo' (yellow colouring), made with corn flour, red & yellow colouring and turmeric/cumin (I think?). It contains no fat and no calories.
