This song is written by Gary and called Dallas Texas. I met Gary twenty years ago and only saw him once every year or two but he always remembered me, just like I'll always remember him. The pictures are from various sources on the web, please forgive me my trespasses as I forgive those who trespass against me.
I put this together for Gary, for myself and for everyone who feels the loss as I do.

  • when you hear that harp blast,,you made it to heaven..god nest you gary

  • nice video. just picked up "travelin mood" excellent album. On first few listens I'd say its as good as "Company Man" or any of his other stuff

  • I saw Gary Primich at a little joint in Norman, Okla. called Liberty D's. Anyone ever having played there knows that the stage is on the second level in the corner of the club. I talked to Gary and his drummer for a bit. I bought his first cd and he signed it for me. The Texas music world lost a fine gentleman when he passed in '07. Long may his music play. Let'er rip, tater chip. R.I.P. Gary.

  • Very nice tribute, GeorgieWise.

  • RIP Gary!! Another great harp player that pass away.

  • Great Harp player! First heard his name from the legendary Paul Durket, a local Harp player here in San Jose!

Gary was GREAT - great tone, sound and heart! I'll miss him alot!

  • had the tremendous good fortune to see him with a band called Mannish Boys when they toured the US in 1989. luckily the show was videotaped - he was the one and only in so many ways. sadly, tremendously missed.

  • R.I.P Gary it was great to have you play for us at the 12th annual Bucks County Blues Society Picnic and at AJ'S Blue Thursday. You were a true pro and a great human being.

  • loved gary's palying, so much feeling, and at times his attack was second to none. His thrid position stuff is awesome. Never met him over here in England but feel sad that he's gone. All the best! Cheers!

  • Nice job on the tribute... great talent ..one of favorite harp players... thoughts and prayers to the family...peace,mc
