Fourth dimension is Time. we are experiencing third and fourth dimension and shifting to fifth dimension. You have three dimensions of space and one dimension of time. The fifth dimension (4th density) is a physical translation that everything happens at once... more synchronicity = movement/shift to Fifth Dimension. Fifth dimension is the last level of physical reality... beyond that is quasi-physical... more space and energetic.
