There should be a "fair use" rule on this kind of music. It's unfit to play or record, with all the shouting from the audience, so the copyright claim is kinda nonsense. Even more since it's just a part of the song.
WMG probably just doesn't want people to listen or like their music I guess.

I don't know what song she used, but it's just a part of a song, there is an audience shouting, why even bother? Maybe I would have loved the song, and then the artist, and then bought a record, but nooooo lets not think about that. Internet is evil, that is what that is!
