Great tip....but what if you dont have any arm hair like me? use ur leg hair or down there hair!! hahaha!

have you tried leaving the tube in a tall glass of very warm water? Depending on how far gone the mascara is, it can melt/loosen up some product and you can get some more use out of it.
You may just be out of product, however.
