Child sex abuse - healing thru Christ

Carmen Hayes and her older sister were sexually abused as children by three male family relatives. In later life she suffered from the eating disorder bulimia. The Lord confronted both her and her sister the same night as they led a children's camp, and as a result they took the surviving abuser to court and he was imprisoned. Carmen won her husband for the Lord through obedience to God's Word. She is now studying at bible college for a possible role in pastoral ministry.

i do not want you to get you to get offended in way with my comment. i do not mean to be disrespectful in any way. that is just my opinion. I was sexually abused when i was a kid, that is the reason that i do not understand or accept a lot of thing they tell you at church. it does not make any sense to me.AGAIN I ASK: CAN SOMEBODY ANSWER?WHERE IS GOD WHEN THIS IS

God weeps when he sees his children suffer. Jesus suffered terribly at the hands of evil men during His scourging and crucifixion. God the father had to endure the pain of watching His son suffer so His plan of salvation for you and I could be accomplished.

God's Holy Spirit in me makes me hurt and cry at times when I see children suffer.

God moves into action when we pray. Recently my daughter and her boyfriend walked away from a car wreck unharmed because we, her parents, pray for her daily.

A boy in my neighborhood abused me when I was 9 years old. I carried this with me over 30 years. I told my girlfriend about it. Through God I have found it in my heart to forgive this person. I hope he has changed for the better. Thank you God!!!!

Whether or not this man has changed we don't know. However, because you have forgiven him you will now enjoy inner peace in your soul, and God's promises are to hear your prayers and bless you with health and restoration.

How can you ask God for help after being abused? Where was he when you were being abused? How can you believe in all that crap they tell you in church about forgiveness? That is bullshit! they tell you that if you commit sin, you are going to be judged and punished, but at the same time, they say that if you change and repent, "The Lord" is going to forgive you. Because he loves you, no matter how bad your sins are. SO I CAN BE AN ABUSER, AND THEN GOD IS GOING TO FORGIVE ME? THAT IS BULLSHIT!

A very brave effort by her,

I was also sexualy absuse in my childhood by different people and i have also gone to consult the phycratist for 2 years.But rather than not been able to come out of the darkness of these events.Can anybody suggest me something.
