Synopsis

Dra. Baby Holmes (Ai-Ai Delas Alas) is a veterinarian who left her boyfriend of 15 years after she discovered has been deceiving her. Realizing that her biological clock is ticking fast, she desperately searches for the perfect guy who will marry her.

Roberto "Boy" Reyes (Robin Padilla) is a single fireman with a son borne out of wedlock. His girlfriend, the child's mother, left him for another man. Generous to a fault, Boy is considered a small town hero ever since he saved a child who fell from a manhole. Now, every time someone needs help, the entire neighborhood runs to him.

The two meet by chance in a restaurant when Boy, choking on a piece of meat, is given first aid by Baby and saves his life. Boy shows his gratitude and offers Baby anything in return. She then asks Boy to sire her a child. Disgusted, Boy thinks it is a joke but Baby is dead serious. Being left without a choice, Boy agrees.

Baby's plan seems to be working as she learns she is pregnant. However, Boy discovers that he is slowly falling for Baby and sees her as a beautiful person -- inside and out. But Baby, consumed by guilt and unable to accept that Boy is truly in love with her, leaves him.

Will Boy finally be able to tell Baby how he truly feels? And will Baby ultimately accept that someone as perfect as Boy can actually fall in love with her?
