  • @medadoodie

I'm not talking about the LWRC. I'm talking about the HK416. It was in a response to a comment two years ago....where we didn't have the reponse thingy....Please....Leave me alone people.

  • @UnkleMusket

The HK weapon IS open bolt.

  • The only problem I have with this rifle is that it is supposed to replace the SAW in some circumstances. the SAW has a 200 rd belt, where as this H&K is a 30rd'er. At the very best, they could use those beta mags which could give it a 100rd cap, but those beta mags are a little heavy.

  • @Marshmallowrex the hk version of this gun is in bf3....buy bf3 if u want to use it

  • @mtrtrm lol tats actually what I thought but I was doughting myself a bit, thanks though

  • @phillipparent11 - Semi-automatic rifles require a pull of the trigger to fire a single round. You want to shoot 30 rounds, you have to pull the trigger 30 times.

An automatic rifle can continuously fire by depressing the trigger (basically a 'machine gun'). The gas produced from firing a round is rerouted and used to push the piston back, automatically chambering a new round and allowing the process to repeat.

  • im sorry but if anyone is willing to tell me, what is the difference between an automatic rifle and a semi-automatic rifle?
