Looks sweet and innocent, but at the end of the day, they'll go home and tell their friends, and they'll tell their friends, eventually you will end up with a bunch of twitching birds on your front porch looking to score.

I love rainbow lorrikeets, but in WA, 'authorities treat them as vermin'. It always breaks my heart.

Migrants from Britain have a peculiar antipathy for Australian birdlife in my shire, and their collective protests often result in euthanasia using CO2 - this includes pink and greys, just a terrible response for 30 minutes of their beautiful singing on a warm summer evening.
