I am sorry to hear that. The data in the My Vodafone app can sometimes be delayed up to 72 hours as that's when we receive the information from the network.

ive got this app, i checked my balance in the morning and i had 81 free texts left, looked again in the evening and i had used 54 more texts than my allowance,i dont find this app all that helpful as it give incorrect data and has made me go over my bill more than 5 times since i had the app!!!!!
