Rasengan New Effect Preset

I new try on Rasengan, if you wanna use it go ahead, just download it and put in your videos, but i ask you to give me some credit, and put the link to my channel, so i will be happy to create more effects, and share them with all of you....

To use it just set the bleending options with After Effects to screen /

just download it from youtube, and use a software like Adobe After Effects, or another software than can mask the black background;

@Solarphoenix12 Or just look up plugins/tools for whatever browser you are using. I use google chrome and it has a youtube video downloader where the download link is right below the video next to the share button.
