@TheMindfiend Part 2. Considering you don't like rain, but seem okay with grass and trees, you could be very ambitious and turn the desert green, laying a layer of turf and spreading grass to it. Get all the beauty of a normal landscape with no rain then. Could be an "oasis" in the desert if you like.

Iron pick, yes, iron sword, definitely. Iron shovel? Not enough upgrade to it from stone to be worthwhile.

Surprised by the fast forward section. Was nice and the music wonderfully mellow.

Seeing you make your desert base would go good. Something ambitious like a sandstone fort and including a place to get food be it fishing shack or wheat or animal farming.
