Incomplete Manifesto for Growth

For my topic, I wanted to present some of my favorite rules of thumb from Bruce Mau's incomplete manifesto for growth, give my own personal take on what they mean and how they can be used in the day to day, and show how they're applicable for personal growth, creative growth and organizational growth. For instance, I love #34 - Make mistakes faster. This doesn't mean to screw up intentionally, but rather to more quickly recognize when an approach to a problem isn't effective, to categorize it as a mistake, and to start a new approach. Making mistakes has another name: it's called learning. Don't stick with a mistake just because it took a lot of energy to make the mistake; cut bait. As an individual, enjoy making mistakes; it means you're trying new things! As an organization, don't stick to approaches that aren't working just because you're invested. Every minute you refuse to change course is more money and morale out the door.
