@flashtin166 The answer to that is the legal concept of "implied consent." When you sign your drivers license, or apply for your license, then you are consenting to have your breath and/or blood tested for intoxicants. Based on that, you do not have a Fifth Amendment right to refuse a breath or blood test ("implied consent") . P.S. -- Don't shoot the messenger.
