that isnt anything to do with law ,thats all acts of parliament bullshit and can only be imposed on you if you consent to it ,,visit the people united community website and learn a little bit about the laws of this country ,,when you learn a little bit you can tell the council to stick their bills right up their arses

@eatdogshitforlunch yes there is, If you miss a payment or can't pay you are summoned to court. If you fail to appear you have a warrant issued for your arrest. If you do not pay you go to jail. This gives you a criminal record and you can't get a job - you can't eat.

pizztakers, they should be abolishing it. This is nothing less than a draconian tax that screws people out the best part of £100 a month. SCUMBAGS.

my council tax is more than my income tax - I know people would argue that if I can't afford it I should move to a less wealthy area than Richmond. That is the same as saying only rich people and people on benefits should be allowed to live in nice areas.
