  • its true. this works. when i started weight training 5 years ago i barely got 115. I did this and I was reppin 135 in a month. now 5 years later. I rep 315 on bench.You get immediate results so Try it!!

  • HAHA! Everyone is bitching and complaining how this is BS or a shortcut or any other excuse why your way is better...my own mother tried this for 2 months and was leg pressing 1800 lbs. She's 5' 5", 150 lbs. This works. quit bitching and get to the gym and try it. I do this in between my regular workouts and it has allowed me to lift weight I thought I could NEVER lift. Have a nice day.

  • a full body routine 3 times a week is optimal for maximum gains for a natural bodybuilder because protein synthesis is only elevated for up to 36 hours post training and after that your muscles won't grow any bigger. however if you want to emphasize certain areas of the body you might want to change to an upper/lower split (2 days on 1 day off) if you already have built a solid foundation. and don't worry about overtraining cause it won't happen.

  • the biceps has 2 functions. bending the arm and supinating the wrist. you can't get both from a static contraction.

  • you can target specific part of the calf. bent legged calf raises are soleus dominant and straight legged calf raises are gastrocnemius dominant. from a bodybulding standpoint you should develop your gastrocnemius as much as possible without building up the soleus too much (no seated calf raises!!!).

  • @eskotwo no she is not leg pressing 1800 lbs cause that shit is not lifting weight its just holding weight and it won't get you anywhere.

  • I Like that one of the guys promoting this is extremely fat, i would rather be more muscular instead of being able to bench 800 lbs

  • I AM 66 YEARS OLD,and do Isometric Rack Traning 6 times per-week,and whole body workout takes only 15 minutes,check out Bob Haffman York Barrbell isometric Rack training.You cannot purchase these these Racks any more,But You can easly make one from wood.when I was Younger did power lifting but when reaching into My 60s,could not do weighlifting,so did power rack isometric training and it really works.Tony Robbins right in what he says.it works!

  • @victorliniutza3 I know what that is, but from my understanding that equipments meter was faulty, I have heard people not being able to make as good gains as they should have. On the other hand, going to the gym and applying principles of SCT will indeed make u gain muscle. Dont take my word lightly, try it. U dont have to buy anything, there should be enough info on their PrecisionTraining site and around the net for u to start SCT. Be a skeptic, but not absolute skeptic.
