my upgrade hangssss so there must be something wrong with one of the files. Would you have an idea of which one that might be (on the server?) It shows one line- that it's installing but none of theother files get downloaded. Thanks for the video!

If your upgrade is hanging, did you turn off your plugins first before upgrading?

Make sure to visit the Wordpress support forums and search for the single line error message.
