Last time i checked, houston figured out that over %50 of the homisides were either directly related with NO people or were a voctom of it. Again, this is another stat on why the black community is struggling with its own identy. Blacks need to get out of the stone ages and understand that attitude can only get you so far in a civilized world....Just my 2 cents...

If New Orleans goes ten years without another Hurricane all will be normal again but it will be a totally different normal than it was before the storm.
