  • hey i've been thinking about these two other predatory fish I can get into this tank I've got and I can't afford both and it probably wouldn't be for the best even if I bought both of them but I've been researching and I don't really want a boring fish cause I've had a goby before. But I'm stuck between a wunderpus (smaller version of the mimic octopus essentially) or a cat shark however don't know which breed. Someone help me to decide?

  • @dare2121 The banded cat shark is more docile. you can keep him in a tank with other fish. you may want to reconsider the wunderpus if you plan on keeping him in a tank with other fish, especially smaller fish. most of the people i know that have an octopus, they keep him in his own tank. the other people that keep their octopus with their fish, always come up with missing fish. lol.

  • are there any banded cat shark in the philippines??

  • @87LegendRock I was hearing Dory say "Oooh, look! Another prisoner!"

  • How much live rock so u have

  • I have this shark in a 75 galloon will he eat my small clownfish or shrimp?

  • @Eclipse95racer how big of a tank do i need for one of these and a snowflake eel to keep it for 2 1/2 years? How much roughly did this whole setup cost if you don't mind sharing

  • cool tank, what all in the tank, i got a brown banned shark, 2 clowns, 2 false moorish idols, a foxface, and an emporer angel i was thinking about adding 3 chromis damsels and a hippo tang, and a yellow tang what doyou think?

  • @qnzrealizthugg u can get them in brooklyn theres a store on flatbush ave check out the exaxt addrees in google. they sell eggs and baby sharks

  • for anyone planning on introducing a shark into a tank smaller than 150+gallons (for smaller shark species. Remember sharks need adequate water current, a soft sand bed, a cycled tank (preferably little to no live rock just dsb) and enough money and time to dedicate to these remarkable creatures. They will grow out a tank smaller than 100gal very quickly if they are being cared for properly. best of luck
