I'm giving him him the benefit of the doubt. The video just says "how to hit a squash ball", and I suppose Tubby McBeergut here does show us how to hit it. He just doesn't show us how to hit it correctly or in a way that will give a snowball's chance of beating any halfway decent opponent.

Keep trying. Get some lessons. Practice. You'll get there eventually. But take it slowly... you sound like you're about to have a heart attack in this video!!

Incorrect grip, racket head held too low ,bad footwork, too upright, too square to the front wall, terrible follow through, it is obvious he has no control of the ball the way he is having to chase round to hit the ball on a simple forehand drive drill.

This sort of video should not be allowed. Please folks forget about Tubby McBeerguts video and get some real coaching.

Firstly, you are American. Now this is bad. Secondly, it sounds as though you have never done 1 bit of fitness in your entire life. That's worse. Thirdly, you couldn't play squash to save your fucking life.
