Stuck on Tower of Terror for 30 minutes

Video of my son and me after we get stuck on Tower of Terror at Hollywood Studios (Florida) just before the elevator drop was going to happen. Seeing all the behind the scenes magic was a bit disappointing.

@missystar013 I was relatively relaxed but my son was a bit freaked out. After we got escorted out, he bailed and did not go back on.

So, you (or whoever the voices belonged to) thought that you were in the drop shaft, despite the fact that there is clearly a solid ceiling and floor above and below you?

@darrenh85 No. I knew we weren't in the drop shaft. We got stuck just prior to entering the drop shaft.

LMAO, first time on this ride when it had just opened, and we got stuck just before the launch, lowered us to this loading platform, had everyone step back out to where you first enter the elevators, and then, after a test run, loaded us back into the same car and started the ride over! Talk about tower of terror!! I didn't want to get back on but I did anyways, it was a fun ride, but damn!

I got stuck on the tower of terror for 30 minutes. Only it was dark and this one guy was like "Hey can we get some lights?" so then this dude in the back corner waved his cell phone and the guy tht needed lights started singing "Amazing Grace" :P LOLZIEZ

i got stuck on the hershy park stormrunner. believe me when they tell you that the ride could go at any minute and that the emergency brake isn't working, it's damn scary.
