uk calls powder sugar as caster sugar..why? haha.
CandyJamm 9 months ago
@CandyJamm in the UK powdered sugar is called Icing Sugar, as we use it to make icing. Caster sugar is just regular granulated sugar that has been ground more finely so it is better to be used for cakes as the texture is lighter.

sounds delicious, will try today, not to sure of you measurements ? 60g ?, 40ml ?,

@cuevaspatsy it's the hummingbird bakery recipe (well apart from the buttermilk) so if you google that depending which country or measurements you use they should have a version available x

LOL awesome vid, made me chuckle. but was wondering with all that food colouring, does it make the cake taste like ... food colouring? im sure you know what i mean, the fake taste.

@kimytaf Tbh I can't remember, this is the first and only time I ever made them and was about a year ago! Sorry, I think we ate them all so I don't think they tasted fake.
