No Miley Cyrus made her last Hannah Montana cd & left Disney. The music video is made by Disney and Miley does not work for Disney anymore so they can not get her to do commercials/tour anymore. The music video is just an epic attempt to make a video for the song to the best of there ability without using to many old clips of HM due to the fact they cant get her to do the music video now. miley/manager was doing everything in her power to get away from Disney since she wanted to be more serious.
