You are presenting this very nicely, and showing all the steps! However, you did not explain any of the steps. I do not know if you should, because it would take the speed out of this tutorial too. Thanks for making and showing, good luck on the contest!

@speedstackstaiwan if you turn left, for example, try over correcting by keeping your left hand further forward than your right...
keep trying, don't forget to breath! 20 to 50 throws is a difficult step but you break through it!
