Abkhazia and South Ossetia: Pandora's box?

The consequences of Russias recognition of Abkhazia and South Ossetia come under the microscope in todays programme. President Medvedev says the military conflict in South Ossetia has killed any hope of peaceful co-existence between Ossetians, Abkhazians and Georgians within one country.

But Georgias allies in the West condemned Russias decision. Well consider two opposing points of view on the issue. Our guests are politician and academic Vladimir Medinsky and journalist Konstantin Remchukov.

Abkhazia willingly joined USSR in 1921 just to protect itself from Georgian Monsters,

But in 1930s USSR itself became victim of that monster. named Joseph Stalin greatest killer of all times.

from 1931 to 56 Abkhazians were ethnically clensed by Stalin and Beria( who are Georgian monsters)

%4 of Nation of south Ossetia were wiped out in a single night in august 2008, by the very same georgian animals

If these are not genocides, then what is?
