DO you need the rubber grommets to fit the fans because those gromets are quite expensive for a bit of rubber!

because the cpu isn't hot enough for the cooler. when you have such a big radiator, the radiator will be enough to cool the cpu. when cpu will become hotter than the cooler will start to rotate.

yep cause i would want to add an hd5970 on a mobo like the 790fx in this case.
