@DragonInfraXtremeRGT I'm not sure, but I believe that particular code is already preloaded on the Pro Action Replay Max; so you won't have to enter it at all, just activate it and launch the game.

@DragonInfraXtremeRGT I would say go with the PS2 Action Replay MAX, you can manually enter codes or use the auto update feature if you have an Ethernet adaptor with you PS2 and are connected to a network. This device also supports USB devices like keyboards, which is a good thing because entering codes with the controller just plain sucks.

@DragonInfraXtremeRGT Yes, unfortunately what you heard is correct. There is a wanderer named "Whirlwind Fanfare" that will only race you if you have 1,000,000 credits in your account, this is however impossible to achieve due to a glitch in the game that will not caculate credits past the amount of 999,999. This glitch can only be circumvented using a GAMESHARK or PRO ACTION REPLAY cheat device. So if you want to see this ending you will need one of the two aforementioned devices & codes.
