In the UK there's a brand called beautyuk and they have a matte top coat. It's really cheap and does the job really well. I will be posting a video shortly on my channel of a review and tutorial on this matte top coat, so check it out :)

Elf has a matte finishing polish that works pretty good it defiantly does what it says it does and it's only $1 so I'd recommend it (:
