@MDuchek Actually, Fred smith started making these concrete sculptures since 1948.
The park was expanded a few years back with many of the statues moved to their present location adjacsent to their former location. I've just uploaded a photo slide show video of this park on my channel. I've also provided a link to a website with more info.

Not that I've ever been inclined to actually stop at the Concrete Park. Interesting though a related video comes up and it's a trip to the Concrete Park from 1983. Yikes, so that's been there at least 26 years!
